Thai Basil Perry

This 5.9% ABV sparkling Perry was created by infusing our cool fermented Parry blend with fresh locally grown tie and holy basil leaves and balance with a splash of freshly pressed apple juice. While sharing their ancestry with the more familiar sweet basil these herbs bring a variety of unique flavors to this Perry with spicy notes of anise, licorice, peppermint and cloves. Show Less
