Unique! Who thinks of Sotol in their beer mix?!! And the tequila-like taste comes through without overpowering.

Purchased at Jessup Farm, an Artisan Village

Super funky. Smells like a sour mixed with a lemon/lime-based cocktail, but the palate is wildly different. Primarily grassy notes with a dry hop background. Definitely a conversation starter

Tequila, oak, lime, orange. A slight boozy hint in the finish with lingering fresh lime taste.

Tequila with a lot of lime zest creating an odd soapy note for an aroma. I like the tequila tone as it's subdued but it doesn't seem to fit with this base beer. The body has little identity being hindered by the lime, orange and tequila wood.
