Good. Sour lemon/lime/orange/peach/pear/melon/red/green apple/white grape/hay/straw/wheat/cracker/bread/lt lacto funk. Fairly tart/lt spicy. Bready/grainy/acidic lt body. Crisp/clean/refreshing. No pucker. Flavorful, not too watery. Well made style.
