The coffee used in The Beanis is sourced from the local roaster, Ethos, and the Poaquil beans are aged in "Risky" barrels, a combination of rum and whiskey, from Lugo's distillery. This aging process infuses the beans with the warm and smoky notes of the barrels, resulting in a depth of flavor that is truly unique.

The Poaquil beans used in The Beanis are roasted to perfection, with a special process that brings out the chocolate flavors of the coffee.
