Classic old school west coast style IPA with grapefruit hops dominating the nose and palate. Slight piney/earthy notes as well and a hint of tropical but not juicy at all. Bitterness seems lower than usual but still firm. Easy drinking and versatile.

After 5 years on the shelf this is drinking amazingly well! Black currants, raspberry and roasted malt/chocolaty notes. Finishes with background woody/whiskey essence and a spunky clean sour bite. Med-full body/CO2 plus 9% abv warmth. RESURRECT SHMALTZ!

Clean grainy/crackery Pilsner malt with strong saaz hop spiciness. Firm dry bitterness that lingers but is not cloying. Has an American terroir factor of slight grass or lemon. No diacetyl. Medium body; moderately-high Co2. Robust and versatile.

West coast style of citrusy aromas and flavors with tropical 2nd notes (no spicy/grassy finish). I can taste all 6 hops though bitterness is tame at 35IBU. Wheat and oat = fluffy texture med-full body and smooth af! Has that Sierra Nevada terroir factor.
