Top Secret (V1)

A new top secret brewing program we're trialing.

We are innovating, researching and experimenting with all our ingredients, additions and processes, trying new things and seeing how they perform without giving you a single clue about the malt, hops and yeast used.

What we can tell you is that this is a delicious pale ale and we wouldn't put it out there if it wasn't.

From all this experimenting we hope to develop a new core or regular range of beers. This is not like our previous series of Doublecrosser where we used the same recipe but different dry hops.

The next Top Secret may well be an imperial stout.
