Diametric Opposition

Diametric Opposition is our new IPA, this is the first batch that we used Malted Oats in addition to the Flaked Oats to give the beer additional protein and body and even a little haze. The beer uses two hops from opposite sides of the world. The first is Calypso, an American hop with apple and pear flavors. The second is Motueka, a New Zealand hop with tropical and citrus notes. The two combine to form a fruity burst of hop flavor reminiscent of warmer weather and tropical islands. Despite coming from opposite ends of the Earth, they work well together.
