Lime stonefruit tart nose, little bit of funk. Palate is thin but has tropical notes. Interesting.

This has held up very well. Funky, apple cider vinegar. Still plenty of carbonation. Should have let it go another year

This has held up better than anticipated. Dry with a mild acidic tartness, musty oak leading to funk, still quite vineous.
