Rhudy

Like a freckled, crimson celery, the rhubarb stalk cowers beneath a poisonous, pea green parasol, awaiting a swift dispatch. Red and green, one by one, hundreds fall. Blades sheathed, cauldron bubbling, the end is nigh! A foe drowned in the tart draught, to slake thy thirst.

The epic tale of our estate-grown, hand-processed rhubarb lives on, from the gardens to the kettle, the whirlpool to the fermenter, the bottle to your glass. Rhudy is an approachable, fruity sour ale, made so by the wizardry of rhubarb and the witchcraft of microbiology.

Lest we forget, this beer was a Good Food Awards winner back in 2018 for being tasty AND local/sustainable A.F. Toot toot.

Brewed with Skagit Valley barley and wheat malts; estate-grown Cascade hops; German Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops; estate-grown, hand-processed rhubarb; and a blend of Belgian Saison yeast and tamed, wild yeast spp. Lachanacea. Show Less
