Low carbonation. Heaps of strawberry flavour, but balanced by a little tartness and some nice restrained lambic flavours. Sediment!

Really well balanced. Strawberry can be overpowering, but this is nicely sour so the strawberry balances it well.

Not a "lambic" in any way. Smells like hay, grease fat and wet dog. A little strawberry. Thin, and mostly tasteless. Sad.
