ACH IPA

The practice of breweries collaborating with bands and musicians to brew a beer, has become fairly commonplace. In fact at Ratio, we teamed up with Denver locals, The Knew for the original release of our Lime Gose.

That said, in paying homage to Denver’s thriving comedy scene, we were thrilled to collaborate with Adam Cayton-Holland of Those Who Can't and The Grawlix, on a easy-drinking Lemon White IPA.

ACH IPA was built using white wheat malts, for a clean, pale, appearance. It was then accentuated with dried lemon peel in the boil for a refreshing citrus base. We then finished this hoppy, crushable IPA, by dry-hopping with Lemondrop hops and lemon zest for a tangy bitter finish.
