Quandrum 2018

Every year we marry one of our most decadent beers, Quadraphonic Quadrupel, with the smooth and rich complexity of dark Caribbean rum barrels. The barrels add lush vanilla and subtle oak flavor to beer already bursting with raisins and dark fruit. Other notes including brown sugar as well subtle hints of clove and star anise are layered throughout the mid pallet making for a rich mouth feel that unlocks tantalizing complexity with every sip. With a yearly production of 100 gallons or so, Quandrum is a rare gem that shows what a truly complimentary spirit can do with the granddaddy of classic Belgian beers. Show Less
