Island Hopper - Columbus

Island Hopper, our rotating hop India Pale Ale, uses Hornindal’s blend, a wonderfully unique blend of Norwegian Kveik yeast strains that produces a tropical flavor and complex aroma that can present as stone fruit, pineapple, and dried fruit leather, which complements fruit-forward hops. This batch features Columbus, a true dual-purpose hop that works very well for bittering, as well as aroma and flavor. An earthy, spicy character is brought out by the bittering addition; while used as an aroma addition, pungent floral and citrus notes come through. Show Less
