Oriel X Bereta Templed In Twilight BA

A collaboration between Oriel Beer and Bereta from Timisoara, an audacious Gose, aged in oak barrels for nine months. Barley and wheat malt, wheat flakes, coriander seeds, Hallertau Blanc hop, black Himalayan salt and kettle soured with Lactobacillus, Templed in twilight is a true gem among beers. A beautiful bright color with fizzy body and champagne characteristics round up with a burst of aromas of lemon pie and green apples. The taste is mighty with brut, acidic notes, salt, limetta, sage, biscuits, vanilla and wood sweetness, creating an uncommon amalgam close to transcendence.
