We have so many fantastic women here at OSBC making sure you have a great experience every time you visit the brewery. To honor them, this year we organized a collaborative brew on International Women’s Day, March 8. Our ladies decided on a style and name for this beer, and helped out with its production on brew day. This kettle sour, brewed with barley, wheat, oats, and lactose, fermented with a blend of blackberry purees, and finished with fresh lemon zest and vanilla, is finally ready to be shared.
