Alternate Reality

Alternate Reality is a hazified version of our beloved Watershed IPA. We begin with a malt bill reminiscent of the classic Watershed recipe. We then stuff it with gooey-ooey malted and rolled oats to create a pillowy soft mouthfeel. We then hit the kettle and whirlpool with massive late additions of some of our favorite varieties of hops and hop oil before fermenting the beer with our hazy yeast strain. We then absolutely pummel the beer with Watershed’s classic dry-hop combination of Amarillo and Simcoe (along with a smattering of other varieties) at a rate of nearly 9 lbs per barrel; 4 times that of classic Watershed.
