Triple Fruited Gose: Passion Fruit + Mango

The term sunshine in a glass gets thrown around a lot these days, but in this version of our Triple Fruited Gose series, we really do mean it. If you're wondering, no we haven't melted down a lorry load of Solero ice creams. We've taken our signature Gose recipe with its thick body made using oats, lactose and salt and given it our signature triple fruited treatment. This time we're using a fruit we've never worked with before, passion fruit, and combining it with a fruit we saw a lot in our last TFG, the tropical champion; mango!
