Nicks Ale

Nick's Ale is a traditional English ale. It is soft with a beautiful copper color and delicious full-bodied with a subtle hop flavor. I have used a typical English ale yeast, which gives a moderate fruity character. Alen is brewed with crystal and pilsner malt and traditional English hops. The legendary English Golding hops are used as a flavoring.

Nick's Ale has matured and finished stored on the bottle, which in technical terms is called 'bottled conditioned'. This means that sugar is added immediately prior to the donation to the yeast to produce carbon dioxide in the bottle.
