Prop Wash TIPA

We are excited to release MoMac Brewery's first Cold Triple IPA clocking in at 9.0% ABV. This new IPA style utilizes lager yeast to ferment at colder temperatures than a typical ale. Near the end of fermentation, the beer is heavily dry hopped with a blend of BRU-1 and Citra hops bursting with tropical fruit and citrus notes in both aroma and flavor. After lagering for several weeks, the beer develops an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel and a crisp dry finish. The appearance is golden straw with a bright white frothy head and brilliant clarity.
