The Black Ring is a Belgian Dark Ale brewed with our friends from Munkle Brewing. Inspired by a Mediterranean coffee drink that is served with fresh lemon, we crafted a Belgian Tripel base beer, but added roasted wheat malt for flavor and color. The beer was then fermented with a mild strain of Belgian yeast and finished with a touch of fresh lemon zest. Flavor wise, the beer starts with a light malt sweetness that is accented by a nutty/coffee flavor. Next, comes a pleasant phenol-spice followed by a dry finish with a hint of lemon. Dangerous in its drinkability and alluring in its nuances, this is definitely one beer you don’t want miss. Show Less
