Blarney Rubble

Collaboration project between Barley & Hops, Mad Science Brewing, Olde Mother Brewing and Rockwell Brewery for St. Patrick's Day! A stone beer involves a centuries-old process of dropping super-heated rocks into a vessel of wort to achieve a boil. Rockwell hosted our brew day on February 19th where we heated rocks, dropped them into a brew kettle, ate seared meat and drank each other's beer. Yes, we get to have all the fun.
