Barrel-Aged Dried fruit bochetomel. Miel de abeja, uva pasa, arándano y nuez.

Designed at first as a seasonal label, this incredibly special brew combines a variety of dried fruits in its formula: nuts, raisins, dried plums and dried cranberries with a touch of cocoa, added to a caramelized mead, which makes it a mixed style between the bochet and the melomel: a "bochetomel". Aged for a year in oak wood, it adds to its flavor a complexity rarely achieved on a mead. Show Less
