Tamarind Saison

Typically used as an ingredient in curries, Tamarind is a strange pod-like fruit with a lovely sour tang….the kind of tang that would suit a saison! To accentuate the sweet and sour we also added coriander seeds and Bru-1 hops, an experimental hop that is described to have a fruit forward character of pineapple and stone fruits. Show Less
