Finishes dry and metallic. Bit of a bite on finish. Mel thinks Trifecta yeast gives iron flavor. Better carbonated than proper.
Mat: Rating got progressively better as it warmed. Nice maltiness like a well made Vienna or a Strong Ale sans booziness or astringency.
