Gavin Kieran: They are doing a rhubarb crumble saison. They bought loads reduced from morrisons I think. Its something like that anyways.

Very hoppy and bitter happoshu. Not much carbonation. Could appeal to Pilsner drinkers. I like this very much!
Rob Doyle: A happoshu! It's a Japanese Style, low on malt it appears. New one on me but it's very nice.

Nathan Seaton: It's a Japanese categorisation where the malt is less than 67% of the overall bill. In this case around 55%.
Rob Doyle: 45% rice?
