Extravaganza of Stout (2019)

Pale and vienna malt base, with specialty malts including roasted barley, choc roasted, dark crystal and midnight wheat. Big non-fermantable addition of both flaked oats and barley. Warrior hops added for subtle bitterness and East Kent Goldings for a hint of aroma. Lactose aplenty to aid in milky sweetness. Fermented with a combination of bluestone norwegian bergen liquid yeast and good old US-05 dry yeast.

Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Choc roasted nose is tempting, and the oat/milk body is full but it is a great blend of sweet and dry. It rounds out with just enough of a warming boozy finish. Cheers. Show Less
