As you pour it from the bottle, the unique experience begins. The beer is refermented in the bottle, which makes for a super fizzy pour. The aromas are enticing and the flavor has a really interesting blend of sour, dry, and sweet grape. 8% ABV.

Nose is spicy and sour, with hints of grape skins. Flavor is an amazingly complex blend of saison phenols, dry white wine notes, oak barreling and grape must, with a kiss of Brett in the finish. Redolently dry and clean. Utterly beautiful beer.
