Cette Kolsch est une bonne bière blonde. Mais pas vraiment une Kolsch, elle est trouble au point d'être complètement voilée, on dirait plus une pilsner Tchèque au goût, c'est herbacé, sec, floral. On est moins sur la mie de pain et plus sur le grain.
