Blue June

With some help from our friendly neighbors and Juneshine supporters, Viewpoint brewing, a subtle delicious Juneshine delight was crafted with Chamomile, Coriander, and a splash of grapefruit and lemon. Chamomile adds herbal grounded and earthy hints of apple and floral sweetness, while coriander is shown through with a hint of citrus twang. Both herbal notes are complemented by the splashes of grapefruit and lemon, adding a hint of sweet, sour, and bitter. It has a light, airy quality which let's the hard booch shine and the flavoring complement it. This flavor combination lets our yeast selection and hard kombucha shine.
