Our City's Chief

Our City’s Chief is an aggressively hopped West Coast IPA that is slightly more approachable in alcohol content, yet overflowing with hop aroma and flavor. Utilizing only pilsner malt and a small amount of wheat, the beer is dry and pale, allowing the copious hopping with Centennial, Mosaic and Summit to shine.

The name of the beer is in reference to William Mulholland, a prominent figure in the history of Los Angeles and the construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. Mulholland served as Chief Engineer for the project which brought water from the Owens Valley to the San Fernando Valley.
