IPL

IPL our 5.0% abv India Pale Lager. Turns out we really dug into Macro-economics, our macro-brewery inspired rice lager. But we had an ever lingering question, what if we hopped the living daylights out of that beer? Thus it came to pass, and IPL was born. Taking the malt bill of Macro-economics, beefing the abv to 5.0% and adding a devastating amount of whirlpool and dry hops, resulted in a particularly bright, crisp, and crushable IPL. Cantaloupe, tangerine, and a zip of bitterness highlight the flavor wheel, while notes of pineapple, pine, and mango sherbet underscore the aroma. The culmination of a seemingly innocuous idea, and we're absolutely here for it. $15/4-pack⁣
