Wonderfully soft lemon, lifting hay, and orange peel with an earthy funk, dry, and lightly grabby tannic finish. Medium-light body belies the 9.9% ABV. Utterly fantastic.

Notes crisp apple, tangerine, stonefruit and lemon zest with well aged brettanomyces that lack eccessive funky. Well balanced overall with moderate acidity. Aging it 6 years was the way to go
