Placebo IPA

Hopped throughout, from first wort to second dry-hop, with some of those classic West Coast IPA hops you may well have "grown up" with: Cascade, Simcoe and Centennial. We note orange marmalade, citrus peels and honeycomb on the nose. A caramel malt sweetness then balances some of the citrusy bitterness provided by healthy doses of those hops just mentioned, in first wort hopping, but also in whirlpool and dry-hopping. Complementing those flavours is a sweet, floral note - think Turkish Delight (lokum) with rose water! We like its crisp, dry finish, and delicate but "lingering" citrus-pine bitterness.
