Baroness Golden Lager

Brewed in collaboration with the band Baroness and our friends at Sideward Brewing. We set out to brew a unique beer that was both quenching enough to crush in the pit of any show, and still had a transportive essence incorporating earthy and woodsy elements. Something refined but still rustic.

The result is something we are collectively dubbing an “Appalachian Style Golden Lager”. A crushable golden lager base, hopped with herbal tettnanger hops & woodsy chinook, along with 10 lbs of wild foraged spruce tips, fermented hot with a Nordic lager strain, and dry-hopped for a beautiful aroma of flora and fruit.
