Sister City Saison

Our collaboration series for Brewvival 2014 features two breweries from North Carolina, one from South Carolina, and our buddies from the recently-opened Southbound Brewing in Savannah, GA. We opted for a hefty saison, with a final ABV of 8.5%, brewed with rose hips. It's a super bright beer, big on carbonation and loaded with fruit notes from the yeast and the rose hips.

Even if we're not official sister cities, we share a region, a history, a coastline, and now most importantly, a beer! Show Less
