Indiahafen. Our incumbent in terms of hop aroma

Chance or destiny? The Indiahafen has been one of the Hamburg ports since 1894. And an India Pale Ale is of cause a beer classics.

But there is India Pale Ale, and then there is our Indiahafen. Here, we are consolidating our entire hop expertise into a very complex and aromatic beer flavor, which will surely thrill you with its abundance of tropical fruits.

As a true IPA, we do not simply rely on the natural aromas of excellent Chinook, Amarillo and Mosaic hops when brewing. We are filling the Indiahafen with it.

We burst additional hops at the end of the boiling process and once again in the fermentation process. This pushes the aromatics scale upwards, without the Indiahafen becoming unpleasantly bitter or out of balance.

Such a beer classics loves the accompaniment of freshly roasted or grilled steaks and asserts itself very well to spicy and sharp dishes. Has anyone here said BBQ? Exactly. But also to mature cheese and dark chocolate, we can only recommend the Indiahafen.
