Typical blonde ale. Nope. The first thing hitting the nose is a distinct smokiness from roasted malt. It lends a farmhouse aspect to this blonde. Then you notice a tropical fruitiness under the smoke. I think this is a blonde that has to grow on you.

Very unique for a blonde: full of flavor and savor-worthy, but fresh at the same time. Light on the tongue with a nice subtle taste of smoky and floral, which sounds contradictory, I know. Very much worth the trip for the environment and clever brewing!
