An extreme Russian Imperial Stout using 750 grams of hops for a 20 L brew. The high alcohol amount was achieved by first allowing the beer to ferment almost completely using a regular yeast then switching to White Labs' WLP099 and adding 100 grams of sugars every 14 days until the alcohol amount exteeded 20%.
