London Fog Wheat Ale

From our Tea & Beer series, this time we were inspired by the latest cloudy weather and a drink we think would go well with it, a London Fog Latte. Once again, we tried to recreate the flavours that you’d get from the classic drink and what it would be like if it was in beer form. For that, we used lactose in the kettle to bring out some of that milky sweetness, we then cold steeped Earl Grey at the end of fermentation and finally added a touch of vanilla in the bright tank to really bring it all together. While the hot drink is great for those gloomy days, the beers is quite light and refreshing, great for the warm days ahead. Show Less
