BetaBrew - Say My Name

The FemmeBots got together and made this tasty cask ale originally for the Stillwell Open in April. While we didn't win the competition, we still got to see our name up on the wall! Two-row, Black Prinz, and Cara 120° are balanced by a restrained addition of Perle at the outset of the boil. The ale was fermented with Belgian Ale yeast and then cask-conditioned with Belgian Dark Candi Sugar. A real treat from the #womenwhobrew at Good Robot! Show Less
