Falcon Punch

Falcon Punch is a tart fruit IPA that we brewed in collaboration with Dominion City. It's a 6% IPA with very low, incalculable IBUs; we're going with 0. That's because we add the hops at the very end of the brew, the bitter notes of the hops are least affected, leaving the beer with all the delicious flavours and aromas, but none of the huge bitterness.

The beer is then conditioned on top of heaps of raspberries, blackberries and haskap berries to provide a seriously scrumptious colour, huge berry overtones and a loveable tartness on the end.

We used only Belma and Barbe Rouge hops which have great peach and strawberry notes, respectively. Show Less
