I feel compelled to check in this beer again as the bottom or the dregs taste amazingly different than the rest of the beer. More of everything including flavor, stone fruit, tartness. As a result it is rated higher.

We think it's a batch 1. Very soft and mildly tart. Not a lot of funkiness. Some stone fruit. Not sure if the truffle is there still, but in any case it tastes great.

Set II. Not a gusher by any means, but the carbonation on this is crazy. Holding up well otherwise - still some earthy/savory aspects from the truffles lingering.
