But, his final goodbye gives us "Al-dios Amigo"; a crisp as heck mexican lager to quench the thirst of friends everywhere! Lagered for an insane 2.5 months, this brew is the epitome of beer flavored beer. With a light grainy aroma mixed with citrus and a touch of honey, the palate is light and bright with a slight minerality, slight sweet grain, and a punchy citrus and pine finish making for a true crusher for the incoming spring.
