Get ready for some more oldies 😬 Any previous signs of sweetness (fruit/vanilla/lactose) are almost completely gone now. Flavors of young raspberry & passion fruit make for a pretty intense sour with a sharp acidity. Fairly dry with a nice, tart pucker.
