Project Blue Book: UFO

This was brewed for the first round of the Missouri Masher's Iron Brew Club Competition. We're in the Blueberry and Mint bracket. It's a UFO (Unidentified Fruity Object)

Six pounds of fresh blueberries, pureed, strained and added to the kettle at flameout, 32 ounces of blueberry extract, made by bringing the skins and pulp left in the strainer from straining the puree to a boil with some water, was added to the primary, another 3 ounces of blueberry extract and 7ml of Mint Extract added to the 3 gallons we ended up with at bottling time, back sweetened with just enough Stevia to balance the natural astringency of the mint. Bottle Conditioned.
