CB Oak Aged Wee Heavy Winter Ale (2014)

Aged since the winter of 2014, this traditional Scottish-Style Ale is all you need to keep warm through a NY winter. We use the finest Barley Malt to capture the earthy flavor associated with imported Scotch ales and single malt scotches. We then use a 2-hour boiling process to produce the fine amber color and caramel flavor. A gentle hop addition is used to balance the elevated alcohol content of this hearty winter ale. We then aged the beer for 2 weeks on oak chips and leave the beer unfiltered for an even smoother finish. Show Less
