Carousel Ride

When it seems nearly impossible to convince ourselves that the grey skies, dirt-colored snow, and salt covered roads do in fact disappear, sometimes a gentle reminder of Summer is all we need while recovering from wind burn. Thanks to our favorite strain of Belgian yeast and a light addition of Sorachi Ace hops, this beer is that reminder.
