Captain Walleye (2015)

Beechwood aged, cold filtered, vortex neck, color changing mountains…. our Captain Walleye German-style Pilsner has none of these things. What it does have is actual flavor. Hersbucker hops and pilsner malts give this light, crisp, straw colored brew some refreshing, subtle floral notes, and a clean, dry finish. It’s cold when it feels cold, we age it in stainless steel, and filter it when you’re supposed to filter it…. and as far as vortex necks are concerned, we still have no idea what that even means.
