Very sweet, but works for me while probably working better for others. Lots of chocolate up front w/ moderate vanilla, lighter maple syrup, barely enough coffee, & faint bourbon that sneaks through all the adjuncts in the finish.

Lost some of the chocolate and maple syrup notes from a fresher bottle and replaced them with cola, molasses, and a hint of licorice. 8 years old...yeah it holds up ok, but give me a fresher bottle or one with only a couple years on it.
