We barrel-aged our golden sour for 12 months before we racked it onto fresh local Meyer Lemons from Escondido, CA. This beer is exploding with the sweet citrus flavor of the Meyer Lemon. The result is a deliciously tart wild ale perfect for the summer months. We absolutely love using fresh local citrus in our beer. There is just something so gratifying about knowing where your fruit comes from. Each lemon was handpicked at its peak of ripeness to ensure the sweetest flavor.
